All of our products are guaranteed to work or your money will be refunded within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned product. We charge a shipping fee of $5.00 on orders of less than $20.00 for  customers in the United States.  If you are outside the United States, the shipping charge is $8.00.  If you order more than $20 worth of products there will be no shipping charge.  All of our products are made of the finest materials, made in the USA.
